Results from the Service Needs study for year 2018

We are again releasing the results of our self-funded studies carried out during summer 2018. These studies have been repeated yearly for almost over decade and present the most interesting trends taking place in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Each year the Service Needs study is carried out for seven different target groups comprising of professionals working in the Finnish healthcare sector as well as Finnish consumers. These include physicians, nurses, veterinarians, pharmacy personnel, laboratory personnel, nutrition professionals and consumers. The Service Needs study investigates the usefulness and appeal of different forms of cooperation as well as the the drivers of choice for cooperation.

During the following weeks we will be posting the results of this survey in the form of infographics. Infographics summarize the results from each target group’s point of view. First in line are physicians.

Digital media in health care industry 2018

The role of digital media was addressed from the point of view of physicians, nurses, pharmacy personnel, consumers and municipal decision makers.

Results from the Service Needs- survey from summer 2017

It is time again for Success Clinic to release the results of our self-funded surveys carried out during summer 2017. These surveys have been repeated yearly for almost a decade now and present the most interesting trends taking place in the pharmaceutical industry.

Kesän 2017 palvelutarvetutkimuksien tulokset

Success Clinic toteutti jälleen useita omarahoitteisia tutkimuksia kesällä 2017. Kohderyhmiin kuuluivat lääkärit, hoitajat, apteekkihenkilökunta, eläinlääkärit, kuluttajat, laboratorioiden henkilökunta sekä ravitsemusalan ammattilaiset. Tutkimusten aiheina oli kohderyhmien yhteistyö alan yritysten kanssa sekä tämänhetkiset palvelutarpeet. Vastaajat antoivat myös näkemyksensä yhteistyöyritysten suoriutumisesta viimeisen vuoden aikana.

Seuraavina viikkoina julkaisemme palvelutarvetutkimuksista eri kohderyhmien tuloksia tiivistävät infograafit. Ensimmäisenä vuorossa ovat lääkärit. Lääkäreiden palvelutarvetutkimus on yksi suosituimpia omarahoitteisia tutkimuksiamme, sillä se tarjoaa kattavaa informaatiota markkinan tilanteesta usean eri erikoisalan näkökulmasta.
